V-Fold Facial Tissue Paper Making Machine

The 200/2L Facial Tissue Machine is built for manufacturing V-fold facial tissues from jumbo tissue rolls. It produces neatly folded tissues suitable for tissue boxes, dispensers, and commercial packaging. The machine is designed for raw jumbo rolls with a diameter from 0 to 1.1 m, a width from 0 to 480 mm, and a maximum cutting width of 480 mm. Finished tissues are produced in 200 × (130–210) mm unfolded sizes, which become 100 × (130–210) mm folded, with the width adjustable to suit different product requirements.

Its automated operation and precision cutting system help ensure uniform folding and consistent product quality while minimizing production waste. The machine supports accurate sheet alignment, clean edge cutting, and reliable stacking for easy packing. Finished tissues can be packed in standard box formats for supermarkets, hotels, offices, hospitals, and retail markets. This makes it a practical solution for businesses that need dependable facial tissue output with consistent dimensions and neat presentation.
