About this machine
The Normal Napkin Paper Making Machine is an economical solution for businesses looking to enter the tissue paper manufacturing industry. Designed to convert jumbo tissue rolls into neatly folded paper napkins, it is suitable for restaurants, hotels, cafes, catering businesses, and retail suppliers. The machine works with raw roll widths of less than 1200 mm and a core inner diameter of 80 mm, producing finished napkins in common sizes such as 220 × 220 mm or 200 × 200 mm unfolded, which become 110 × 110 mm after folding.
The machine performs paper feeding, embossing, folding, and counting in a continuous process to improve productivity while maintaining consistent product quality. It can be equipped with optional single-color printing to produce customized napkins with logos or branding, adding value for commercial customers. Other useful features include adjustable embossing patterns, accurate sheet counting, and compatibility with different paper widths and ply options. This makes it a practical choice for small to medium-scale production facilities that need reliable napkin output with flexible product dimensions.
