Facial Tissue Paper Making Machine

The Facial Tissue Popup Machine (Model JX-2) is designed to manufacture box-draw facial tissues with high accuracy and efficiency. It automatically folds, cuts, and counts tissue sheets to produce neatly interlocked tissues that dispense one sheet at a time. This production method is widely used for facial tissue boxes found in homes, offices, hotels, hospitals, and commercial establishments. The machine works with raw rolls up to 400 mm in diameter, a width of 450 mm or less, a base paper width of up to 420 mm, and a core inner diameter of 76.2 mm. Finished tissues are commonly produced in 10 × 10 cm or 10 × 20 cm sizes.
