After the corn enters the dehulling room from the hopper, it moves toward the outlet under the rotation and push of the propelling ribs. In the dehulling room, due to the gradual reduction of the volume of the working room and the influence of the resistance of the machine parts, the squeezing and friction effects in the machine are strengthened, and the rollers are continuously sown With the advancement, the corn will be gradually removed under the action of friction and peeling between the parts. The dehulled corn, kernel and bran skin can achieve the effect of automatic separation through the separation device, and the peeled  finished kernel can flow out through the outlet. The bran skin is discharged from the rear opening.  The cleaned corn kernels are poured into the grinder hopper, and  travel forward through the traction clutch crushing device, and they are  crushed in the process. The crushed products enter the classification  system, and are separated from the three products by the three-separation circular screen. The corresponding finished products are exported  separately. In this process, the micro-skins in the corn grits are sucked away by the wind force through the action of the fan and the wind net, so as to achieve the purpose of fine grits. The magnitude of the wind force  can be adjusted by inserting the damper. The micro-skins blown out by  the fan are naturally contained by making a scrim bag with a length of 2 meters.
